  In the case that the payment was not finalized yet, kindly place a new order and pay for the new order. In response to your contact with our team, the prior order will be canceled. If you have already completed the payment and would like to alter the order's contents, you have one hour to do so by contacting customer care. Our team will make the adjustment if the order is not processed.

 You must immediately get in touch with customer care in this case. Our staff will assist you in changing the address if your order has not yet been processed. There is no way to change address for an order that has already been processed. The consumer is liable for any harm brought on by this circumstance.

 Regarding the orders for which you have already paid, you must contact customer care right away. If the order has not yet been processed, our staff will help you cancel it.

 You can check the status updates that we'll send to your email address or use your account to track the progress of your order at any time after you place it.

 After placing the order, you have one week to complete the payment. If you make your payment after this time frame, you may run into issues with the stock or increased prices. Regarding these kinds of circumstances, our customer care will get in touch with you.
